Enrollment is a two-part process for Franklin County School District employees, please make sure you complete the enrollment process on both websites. You must make your Medical Insurance elections through the State Health ADP enrollment portal and your non-Medical/local Benefit elections such as Dental, Vision, Life and Disability through the ShawHankins bswift enrollment portal. Please print a copy of your final confirmation statements from both enrollment portals for your records and one to turn into your Benefits Specialist.
If you are transferring from another school district in Georgia your State Health Benefit Coverage will transfer over to Franklin County School District, and you will be unable to make a change. Your voluntary benefits do NOT transfer, and you will need to make new elections on these benefits through the ShawHankins portal listed below.

Please visit the SHBP enrollment site within 7 business days of your official hire date but no later than 30 days.
Please note when logging into the SHBP enrollment portal, you will be asked for a registration code. Please use the code SHBP-GA.

- Your USERNAME is the First Letter of your First Name, Last Name and the Last 4 digits of your social.
(ex: jdoe1234) - Your default PASSWORD is the Last 4 digits of your social.(ex: 1234)
- You will then be prompted to reset your password.
- Your USERNAME is the First Letter of your First Name, Last Name and the Last 4 digits of your social.
Download the bswift Benefits app in the Apple or Google Play stores today. Look for the bswift symbol. Enter franklincountyschools (no spaces) as the company name and then enter your bswift username and password.
To make changes to your Local Benefits when you have experienced a qualifying event-dental, vision, life, disability, etc. please log into bswift. You will need to provide supporting documentation of the qualifying event (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc) to NFP via email nfpSEcustomerservice@nfp.com or via fax 770-382-0853.
