Enrollment is a two part process for SCCPSS employees, please make sure you complete the enrollment process on both websites. You must make your Medical Insurance elections through the State Health ADP enrollment portal and your Non-Medical/local Benefit elections such as Dental, Vision, Life and Disability through the ShawHankins bswift enrollment portal. Please print a copy of your final confirmation statements from both enrollment portals for your records and future reference.
If you are transferring from another school district in Georgia your State Health Benefit Coverage will transfer over to SCCPSS, and you will be unable to make a change. Your voluntary benefits do NOT transfer and you will need to make new elections on these benefits through the ShawHankins portal listed below.
Please review your options carefully, as any elections you make now will be locked in through the end of the 2022 plan year. The only opportunity you will have to make changes during the year is if you experience a qualifying life event. Examples of qualifying life events include marriage, divorce, death, birth, adoption, change in dependent eligibility status, or a change in work status that affects benefits eligibility. Please notify your benefits department within 31 days of experiencing one of these events, in order to make changes to your coverage.

Non-Medical Benefits
This website provides you access to all plan details needed to make decisions on your new hire benefit elections. In addition to your non-medical coverages, the Benefit Resource Center also contains information on State Health and your retirement plans. Under the Employee Benefits navigation tab on this website you will find videos providing a high level overview of the ancillary coverages that you have available.

- Your USER NAME is your employee ID# (must be 10 digits; using five (5) leading zeros (0))
- Your default PASSWORD is the Last 4 digits of your social.(ex: 1234)
- You will then be prompted to reset your password.
This year, we are using a new enrollment technology which you will be able to access the enrollment portal on your desktop, smart phone or tablet. Download the bswift Benefits app in the Apple or Google Play stores today. Look for the bswift symbol. Enter SCCPSS (no space) as the company name and then enter your bswift user name and password.
To make changes to your local benefits when you have experienced a qualifying event-dental, vision, life, disability, etc. please log into bswift. You will need to provide supporting documentation of the qualifying event (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc) to your benefits department.
