It is required for all benefit eligible employees to access the above websites to waive or elect coverage.  Failure to enroll in health insurance and ancillary products within the given time-period will result in the inability to elect coverage until the next open enrollment. If you are a new hire and you waive coverage, be aware that with some benefits, there can be a late entrant penalty or waiting period penalty applied to your coverage and benefits would then be limited and/or could require a medical Evidence of Insurability-EOI, to be completed.  (Please review all detailed plan summaries for these limitations under the Employee Benefits tab above)
