Enrollment is a two part process for DCSS employees, please make sure you complete the enrollment process on both websites. You must make your Medical Insurance elections through the State Health ADP enrollment portal and your Non-Medical/local Benefit elections such as Dental, Vision, Life and Disability through the NFP bswift enrollment portal. Please print a copy of your final confirmation statements from both enrollment portals for your records and one to turn into your Benefits Specialist.
New Hire Benefits Enrollment Checklist
If you are transferring from another school district in Georgia your State Health Benefit Coverage will transfer over to DCSS, and you will be unable to make a change. Your voluntary benefits do NOT transfer, and you will need to make new elections on these benefits through the NFP portal listed below.

- Your USER NAME is the First Letter of your First Name, Last Name and the Last 4 digits of your social.
(ex: jdoe1234) - Your default PASSWORD is the Last 4 digits of your social. (ex: 1234)

We use the bswift enrollment technology which will allow you to access the enrollment portal on your desktop, smart phone or tablet. Download the bswift Benefits app in the Apple or Google Play stores today. Look for the bswift symbol. Enter douglascounty (no space) as the company name and then enter your bswift user name and password.
To make changes to your Local Benefits when you have experienced a qualifying event-dental, vision, life, disability, etc. please contact the NFP Service Center. You will need to provide supporting documentation of the qualifying event (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc) to NFP via email nfpsecustomerservice@nfp.com or via fax 770-382-0853 or by phone 1-800-994-7429.
