As an eligible employee of Bartow County School System, you are offered affordable healthcare under the State Health Benefit Plan- SHBP, consisting of HMO’s, HRA, and High Deductible Plans.

SHBP Member Services has posted “Invalid/No Social Security Number (SSN) FAQs” for members on the SHBP Website under the Member Rates & Information tab at  https://shbp.georgia.gov/invalidno-social-security-number-ssn-faqs.  When it is determined that a member has provided an invalid SSN or has failed to provide a SSN for their Dependent(s), their Dependent’s coverage will be terminated if a valid SSN is not provided.

Members should refer to the FAQs and should contact SHBP Member Services at 1-800-610-1863 for additional questions or concerns.
