Starting a new job can be an exciting and sometimes overwhelming experience, filled with questions and uncertainties. The Benefit Resource Center can help with some of the questions you may have related to the new benefit options available to you. This site will allow you to review the benefit summaries, connect to your enrollment portal(s), as well as access forms and customer service resources related to your benefits. The following presentation will provide you with details on all of the benefits offered to you as an employee of Columbus Consolidated Government.

You must make your benefit elections through your employer’s bSwift enrollment portal. Please print a copy of your final confirmation statement for your records.

At the enrollment website enter your Username and Password.• Username is your first initial of first name, last name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number (ex. jdoe4567).• Password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number ( ex. 4567).
