2024 Open Enrollment

Only New Hires and those who have a qualifying life event may make changes outside of open enrollment.

Please refer to the New Hire Enrollment or Qualifying Life Events tab for complete enrollment instructions

2024 Benefit Information is located below.

You have the opportunity as a new employee and during the Annual Open Enrollment period to make your benefit selections under your Employer’s Plan. Once you make your benefit elections, you cannot make changes to those elections until the next plan year unless you experience an eligible qualifying event (see Qualifying Life Events under the Employee Benefits tab).

Once you have made your elections, you will need to turn in a copy of your confirmation from the NFP bswift enrollment system and a copy of your State Health confirmation page and a copy of the 2024 Open Enrollment Employee Benefits Agreement.

The 2024 Open Enrollment will take place from October 16 – November 3, 2023. You will have until midnight on November 3, 2023, to confirm your elections on NFP Enrollment Portal (bSwift). You will have an opportunity to receive information and assistance at one of DCSS and NFP’s help days or scheduled informational sessions. The enrollment and meeting dates can be found at 2024 Open Enrollment Calendar. Please use the following link to schedule an appointment with an NFP benefits counselor to confirm your 2024 elections in person. For additional assistance or questions, please refer to the SHBP Website or contact the NFP service team at 1-800-994-7429 or nfpsecustomerservice@nfp.com.
