Maintaining our dental health is a large component in our overall health. While brushing and flossing may help us 
maintain our dental health, routine dental exams and cleanings are necessary to remove bacteria, plaque, and tartar and detect early signs of gum disease. In addition, regular dental visits may actually help reveal other health issues you may be unaware of.
Eligibility
We strongly encourage you to sign up for dental coverage when you are initially eligible. If you choose to wait and not sign up during this initial enrollment eligibility period, you will be considered a late entrant and will only be eligible for routine exams, cleaning and fluoride treatments only, for the first 12 months of coverage.
