Cobb EMC is dedicated to the health and well being of it’s employees.
As an employee of Cobb EMC, you are eligible to earn a $50 monthly credit towards the cost of your insurance coverage by participating in the Cobb EMC Wellness Program. Employees can earn the $50 credit by participating in the biometric screening (or by providing results of their recent biometric screening performed by their local physician) and attending health coaching sessions as requested based on the results of the biometric screening.
Corporate Health Partners is the vendor that assists in managing the Wellness Program provided by Cobb EMC. Results of your biometric screening is strictly confidential as is the information discussed during your health coaching sessions.
The $50 monthly credit can be used towards the cost of medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, and short term disability. The $23.08 per pay period credit will show as a separate line item on your paycheck.
