Short Term Disability insurance provides the financial protection you may need during the allowable period of disability by paying you a weekly benefit as outlined in your plan documents. Through Cobb EMC, you have the option between two STD plans, one with an $800 weekly benefit maximum or one with a $1,600 weekly benefit maximum. Long Term Disability
A long term disability is one of the most devastating experiences that can happen to an employee, impacting both your work and personal life in a major way.
Long Term Disability insurance provides the financial protection you may need during the allowable period of disability by paying you a monthly benefit as outlined in your plan documents. Cobb EMC provides all eligible full time employees with an LTD benefit equal to 66 2/3% of your salary up to $10,000 per month.
